Arsenal to make third bid for Thomas Lemar

Arsenal to make third bid for Thomas Lemar

Arsenal’s interest in Thomas Lemar has been well reported over the course of the last month, and it appears as though they are readying a third test of Monaco’s resolve.

The Gunners have already had two bids turned down for the Frenchman, reportedly worth respective totals of £30m and £40m, but according to the Mirror they will make a third offer worth £45m.

Monaco enjoyed an excellent campaign last term and Lemar was a big part of that, flourishing out on the flank and establishing himself as one of Ligue 1’s best players.

However, this could lead to Monaco being the victims of their own success once more, with Arsenal seemingly adamant that they can land him this summer.

It’s stated by the Mirror that Arsene Wenger is certain that the player would be keen on making the switch to the Emirates this summer as he aims to continue his summer spending.
