Lyon forward Alexandre Lacazette is set to fly to England to complete his move to Arsenal.
The report claims that Arsenal have agreed a club record £52m deal with Lyon, with a medical set to be undergone this week.
It’s said that personal terms are a formality and that Lacazette will officially sign for Arsenal in the coming days.
Mesut Ozil is the current club-record signing after he joined the club from Real Madrid for £42.2m in 2013.
Arsenal have been heavily linked with a move for Lacazette this summer and are thought to have already had a bid rejected.
The French international scored 37 goals in all competitions for Lyon last season, with 29 goals in 30 Ligue 1 appearances.
Arsenal are looking for marquee signings this summer to convince Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez to stay at the club.
The report also claims that Monaco have rejected offers from Arsenal for Thomas Lemar and Kylian Mbappe.
