Arsenal are keen on a move for OCG Nice fullback Dalbert, according to Gianluca Di Marzio .
The reporter claims that Arsenal are very interested in a deal to sign Dalbert, but face competition from Serie A side Inter Milan.
Inter are thought to have already lodged a bid for Dalbert, although the report does not state how much they have offered.
The fullback signed for Nice from Vitoria at the start of last season and played 38 games throughout the season for the French side, earning many plaudits along the way.
The 23-year-old was named in the Ligue 1 team of the season, which has attracted interest from some of Europe’s biggest clubs.
It now appears as though Inter and Arsenal will be battling it out for his signature, with both sides looking to mount title challenges in their respective leagues in the upcoming campaign.
Dalbert is yet to be capped by Brazil at senior level.
