# Arsenal keen to land German international winger

Arsenal are reportedly keen to land Bayer Leverkusen winger Karim Bellarabi this summer.

According to a report from [Bild](https://www.bild.de/sport/fussball/bayer-leverkusen/bayers-verkaufs-quartett-52383180.bild.html) out in Germany, the Gunners are keeping an eye on the wide man’s situation at Leverkusen as they weigh up a summer move.

Bellarabi’s campaign last term was extremely disjointed, but he still managed to make an impact. He spent the first half of the season on the sidelines as he nursed a long-term injury, but he performed well upon his return to action.

He racked up a commendable total of four goals, while also creating six for his teammates, in what was a highly underwhelming season for Leverkusen in the Bundesliga.

However, he wouldn’t come cheaply this summer. It’s claimed by Bild that the German club are ready to demand at least £22m for his services.

Everton are also cited with interest in Bellarabi, and he’d be likely to find more first-team football with the Toffees.
