Sooner rather than later, Petr Cech’s career will be coming to an end and Arsene Wenger will be faced with the task of replacing him.
It seems as though the French manager has an idea in his head of who he wants to succeed the former Chelsea shot stopper when that time comes.
Bleacher Report are hinting that Englishman Jack Butland could be the man arriving at the Emirates to stand in between the posts.

The report goes on to add that the North London side have been scouting over Europe to seek talent to replace Petr Cech once he decides enough is enough, but it seems as though they didn’t want to look any further than the Bet 365 Stadium.
Wenger’s side did have an eye on Sunderland’s Jordan Pickford, but following his £30m move to Everton, the attention has switched to Butland.
At this current time, the Potters aren’t interested in listening to the offers for the Englishman, who signed a five-a-half-year deal last summer, so Stoke would be expecting a big fee if Arsenal do decide to make a bid.
