Arsenal are set to sell forward Lucas Perez after just one season at The Emirates, with Everton and a number of Spanish sides interested.
The Independent claims that Arsenal are quoting a fee of just £13 million for the Spaniard’s services, taking a cut of £4m on the price they bought him from Deportivo la Coruna last summer.

Lucas looks set to be one of the first victims of Arsène Wenger’s overhaul at the North London club, as the manager sets his targets on the Premier League title next term.
Perez made just 22 appearances for the Gunners, scoring eight goals and creating six in the process – a seemingly respectable return for a player who has been starved of consistent game time all season.
It is understood that the 28-year-old would prefer a move back to his homeland, with the likes of Sevilla, Valencia, Real Sociedad and Villarreal battling it out for his signature this summer.
