According to a new report from Turkish Football, Arsenal are closing in on a deal to sign Barcelona midfielder Arda Turan.
Barcelona have recently appointed a new manager in Ernesto Valverde and it looks as if the team could be set for an overhaul this summer with Turan one of the players being allowed to leave.
The Turkish winger, who was sometimes left frustrated at being played out of position at Barça, has been a disappointment for the Catalan outfit since his £24million signing in 2015.
