Former Chelsea attacker Thorgan Hazard has emerged as a transfer target for Arsenal and Everton.
Nieuwsblad report that the Gunners are keen on the Belgian, the brother of Chelsea attacker, Eden Hazard, who is currently playing his football for Bundesliga side Borussia Monchengladbach.
Hazard has netted 11 times in 33 games in the German top flight for Gladbach this season, but he is valued at around €30 million.
The youngster never made a competitive appearance for Chelsea, despite always dreaming of playing alongside his brother.
He joined Chelsea from Lens as part of the deal that saw his brother move to Stamford Bridge in 2012.
Chelsea did have the option to re-sign the player as a condition of the deal that saw him move to Germany permanently after impressing there on a loan spell.
However, Chelsea did not exercise that option, which expired in the summer, paving the way for other teams to possibly sign the player.
