Arsenal have had a somewhat underwhelming season up to now, but it could very well result in a huge climax as we reach the final stretch of the campaign.
The Gunners find themselves in sixth place on the Premier League table and have reached the final of the FA Cup, where they will take on London rivals Chelsea.
Although the league position is way below the usual standards of which Arsenal should be targeting, they do have games in hand and could very well take their recent momentum into the final chunk of the 2016/17 season.
They’re within touching distance of jumping into fifth place, which would secure a place in the Europa League group stages next season. However, this isn’t what Arsenal should be, nor will be if they can help it, settling for.
The club belongs in the Champions League and that’s going to be the target ahead of next season.
