Arsenal have reportedly held talks with Barcelona and Turkey midfielder Arda Turan, reports Mundo Deportivo.
Inter Milan are also interested in the player but it is being reported that the player would prefer to move to the Premier League this summer, while he is also expected to attract interest from the Chinese Super League.
Both Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez are being linked with moves away from the Emirates this summer and Turan has been identified as a possible replacement for either of the two.
The Barcelona midfielder has fallen out of favour at the Camp Nou and has never been able to hold down a regular start place since joining from Atletico Madrid.
The 30-year-old has scored 11 goals in all competitions for the Catalan side this season.
Turan was linked with a move to Chelsea prior to his move to Barcelona whilst he was at Atletico Madrid but decided to join the Spanish giants instead of the Blues.
