Arsenal put in an impressive performance at Wembley this afternoon to see off Manchester City after extra time in the FA Cup semi-final.
The result now puts the Gunners in yet another final of the elusive competition, where they will take on fellow London rivals Chelsea back at Wembley near the end of May.
It was a tense affair between two very good footballing sides but City took the lead in the second-half with Sergio Aguero racing onto Yaya Toure’s long ball to chip over Petr Cech, giving Pep Guardiola’s men a 1-0 advantage.
However, Arsenal came back and scored an equaliser through Nacho Monreal, who powered home Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain’s cross excellently.
The game went to extra-time and Alexis Sanchez clinched the victory for Arsenal smashing home from close range to send his side to the final.
So, what can be taken from the important victory? We’ve had a look at five things we learned from the win.
