Arsenal have become the most recent team to ask about 20-year-old Bayern Munich and France winger Kingsley Coman in an effort to get ready to bounce back from this season’s disappointments. The Frenchman was sidelined for two months earlier, meaning he has only scored twice in 29 appearances for the German giants. What that injury also indicates is that he’ll be perfect for Arsenal.
Coman has been hyped up for a while, moving from PSG to Juventus in 2014 on a Bosman as an 18-year-old, then moving from Juventus to Bayern a year later on a two-year loan. His quick play and strength in possession are what stick out about him, which is what led him to become a nominee for the Young Player of the Tournament award for Euro 2016.

With 11 senior caps for France and 56 club appearances between PSG, Juventus, and Bayern, Coman has much more experience than the average 20-year-old. Additionally, by moving three times before the age of 20, Coman has shown an exceptional ability to adapt and thrive wherever he moves.
Adept at both wing positions, Coman will either be recruited as a replacement for Alexis Sanchez, who has been caught up in the rumour mill for quite some time this season, or as someone to play on the opposite wing from the Chilean.

This is a typical Arsene Wenger signing, but given the fact that Coman has proven himself for two years in football’s highest echelons, it’s safe for Gooners to assume that Coman will not be Arsenal’s next Yaya Sanogo. The main questions concern the cost of the player and where he’ll fit.
Arsenal have plenty of options in attack, but not many of them have produced well consistently this season. Coman would be a welcome boost for the squad, and his versatility and athleticism would keep physical Premier League defenders on their toes.
