# Wilshere contract talks yet to open, duo looking to leave

Arsenal are yet to open talks with Jack Wilshere over a new contract at the club, whilst out-of-favour duo David Ospina and Lucas Perez are looking to leave the club.

According to a report from the [Daily Mail](https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-4294886/Arsenal-s-Mesut-Ozil-rejects-new-200-000-week-deal.html) tonight, Wilshere has not yet heard any news from the club regarding a new and improved contract at the Emirates, despite manager Arsene Wenger’s assurances that discussions would take place last month.

The England international is currently out on loan with Bournemouth but hasn’t exactly been outstanding for them in what has been a poor season for Eddie Howe’s men.

Arsenal’s ongoing issues thicken though, with both Ospina and Perez being two of many players hoping to find their way out of the club this summer.

The fringe duo have been bit-part players under Arsene Wenger this season and have grown frustrated at the lack of consistent game time, therefore forcing them to reconsider their long-term future with the club.

It’s looking like a busy summer in the offing for the Gunners.
