Arsenal moved into second place in the Premier League table with a convincing 5-1 victory over West Ham at the London Stadium.
A magnificent hat-trick form Alexis Sanchez was the catalyst for the win, whilst Mesut Ozil and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain also got on the scoresheet as the away side dominated the game.
The only blip was Andy Carroll’s goal. The big striker nodded home the rebound after Dimitri Payet’s free-kick hit the crossbar.
It was a dominating performance by Arsene Wenger’s men, one that will have made Arsenal’s title rivals sit up and take notice.
