Arsenal are willing to pay whatever it costs to bring Real Madrid midfielder Marcos Llorente to the Emirates, according to Don Balon.
Arsene Wenger has been tracking the talented Spanish midfielder for some time now and wants to leave a strong squad at the club when he finally calls time on his tenure in North London and recruiting Llorente is something he’s eager to do.
Wenger has had previous success bringing over young stars from La Liga and blooding them into the first-team with Cesc Fabregas and Hector Bellerin the most notable examples.

Thus far, Llorente has made just two La Liga appearances for Real Madrid and three appearances in total before being shipped out on loan to Alaves for the 2016/17 season.
The 21-year-old has impressed since joining the La Liga club on a temporary basis, making 11 appearances so far this season.
Capped twice at Spanish U21 level, Llorente’s dream is to break through into the Real Madrid first-team just like his father Paco and uncle Julio before him and hopes to return to Los Blancos next season to play an increased role.
