# Arsenal rivalling Liverpool for Paul-Georges Ntep

Arsenal are believed to be lining up a move for Rennes winger Paul-Georges Ntep but face competition from Liverpool, according to the [Mirror](https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/liverpool-transfer-news-rumours-arsenal-9255276).

The 24-year-old’s contract expires at the end of the season and is able to open talks with foreign clubs in January over a pre-contract deal with both the Gunners and Liverpool believed to be eyeing such a move.
