Predicted XI: Arsenal vs. Basel

After a 1-1 draw in Paris against PSG on Matchday 1, Arsenal will be hoping to secure their first win in Group A tonight as they welcome FC Basel to the Emirates.

With every side level-pegging on one point each, this represents a chance for Arsenal to put some daylight between them and the rest of the group.

The Gunners will be without Olivier Giroud who is suspended for this match, while Francis Coquelin will also be out of action after picking up a knee injury last week.

Aaron Ramsey, Danny Welbeck and Per Mertesacker remain Arsene Wenger’s other significant injuries in his first-team squad.

With that in mind, we’ve tried our hand at predicting Arsenal’s team for tonight.
