Shkodran Mustafi will be available for Arsenal’s match against Southampton on Sept. 10, after he had an injury scare while on international duty.
The 24-year-old centre-back played in Germany’s friendly against Finland last Wednesday, and during the match he went down clutching his leg. He did keep playing in the match, which saw Man United midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger make his last international appearance.
Sky Sports have reported today however that the Gunners believe he will be ready for their fourth Premier League game of the season.

Mustafi joined Arsenal a day before the summer transfer window shut, after being heavily linked to the club during the summer. He made 78 appearances for former side Valencia during the last two seasons.
The German used to be an Everton player, who brought him into their academy in 2009. He made his competitive debut in the Europa League as a substitute, and during the 2010/11 and 2011/12 seasons he only appeared on the bench nine times.
Arsenal also signed Lucas Perez from Deportivo on the same day as Mustafi, while earlier in the summer they signed Granit Xhaka from Borussia Monchengladbach for around £34 million.
