According to a series of tweets from L’Équipe consultant Gilles Favard, Arsenal have had a £30million bid rejected for ‘PFA Player of the Year’ and Leicester City star Riyad Mahrez. The wide-man lit up the Premier League last term, scoring 17 league goals and assisting 11 times, culminating in delivering the underdogs the Premier League title.
