Arsenal are in desperate need of a striker and would ideally like to sign before the season begins next month. Arsenal have already been linked with Alvaro Morata, Gonzalo Higuain and Jamie Vardy, but now, according to AS, Arsenal have will submit a €30 million bid for AC Milan striker, Carlos Bacca.

The Daily Telegraph had suggested that Arsenal would turn their attention to the Colombian striker, who is also attracting interest from West Ham, who have already had a £25 million bid rejected.
Arsenal desperately need to improve their striking options, as they now will be without Olivier Giroud for the beginning of the season, leaving Theo Walcott as the most likely to start in that role, a role he has never excelled at. Bacca has been a consistent goalscorer for AC Milan last year, and during his time at Sevilla. If Arsenal were to bid for the Colombian, it might just prove to be an inexpensive, yet valuable addition to the squad.
