Arsenal’s hunt for a new strikers, seems to be hitting multiple brick walls; Jamie Vardy has decided to stay at Leicester, Morata’s fee is considered too large and Michy Batshuayi seems set to join Chelsea.
The next striker on Arsenal’s list, according to reports, is Japanese striker, Takuma Asano.

The 21-year-old strikers currently plies his trade for J-League champions, Sanfrecce Hiroshima. The young striker did not have a prolific season last year, scoring seven goals in 19 appearances last season, according to transfermrkt.
Many Arsenal fans would wish and hope that if Arsenal did sign the Japanese striker, that he would not be the only attacker that will be brought into the club this summer, especially considering Arsenal’s lack of success in the Asian market recently.

Speaking after his country’s 4-1 victory over South Africa in a warm-up for the Rio Olympics, Asano voiced his surprise at Arsenal’s interest, and admitted that he would probably not be first-choice.
I was a little stunned. But I feel like I have the confidence to succeed wherever I go. If I am loaned elsewhere, my take on it is that I give it 100 percent.
Whatever happens, Arsenal must sign a quality striker this summer.
