Arsenal have three experienced right-wingers on their books in Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Theo Walcott, and Joel Campbell. All have their own strengths, but none of them seem to have the quality and consistency to nail down the starting spot on the right flank in the long-term. Additionally, each have had their fair share of injuries, meaning that manager Arsene Wenger has had to play people out of position to fill the void.
Theo Walcott lacks in basically every category other than pace, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain does not take care of the ball well at all, and Joel Campbell has shown flashes of brilliance but has never been able to keep that form for a long period of time. If none of those players can get up to scratch by the time the transfer window closes, then Wenger should look to make moves before the market closes.
Here are five players who have the quality to take the right-wing position for themselves at the Emirates Stadium this season.
