Arsenal are preparing an audacious £10million bid for Celtic’s teenager Kieran Tierney, according to the Daily Record.
Tierney has went from being a youth player to becoming a Celtic regular as well as a Scotland senior international. This transition has caught the eye of many elite clubs, as reported by the Daily Record, and Arsenal are keen on signing the player before other teams get the hold of him.
Rival clubs Manchester City and Liverpool have monitored the 18-year-old but so far, the Gunners have been the most interested team.
The Daily Record have confirmed that Arsene Wenger has sent out his chief scout Steve Rowley to personally check Tierney.

After receiving positive feedback from Rowley, The manager is now considering moving for the youngster.
The Scottish champions have acknowledged Tierney’s talent since they awarded him a new four-year deal at the beginning of the season back when he carved his way into the first-team.
And Celtic are keen on keeping a hold of their talisman as they formulated a new and improved five-year deal.
Tierney, whose a lifelong Celtic fan, has expressed his willingness to sign a contract extension with the club, but a move to Arsenal might prove to be too tempting.
