Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere has denied having any involvement in an alleged assault outside of a nightclub.
It’s believed that the 24-year-old midfielder was at the Club De Paris venue in London on Sunday night and was involved in a heated argument inside, leading to a fight.

The midfielder was then seen speaking to the police after the alleged incident but as reported by ESPN, Arsenal have issued a statement claiming that the player is adamant he had absolutely no involvement in the assault.
Wilshere recently returned to full training at London Colney after breaking his leg in August and will bid to work his way back into the first-team ahead of the European Championship in France this summer.

Arsene Wenger will have words with the England international in the coming days about the incident and could warn him to be careful regarding his future, after a similar incident in 2010 occurred at a nightclub.
