Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez was in impressive form for Chile on Tuesday evening as he put two goals on a plate for his teammates in their 4-1 win over Venezuela during their World Cup qualifier.
Alexis’ side went 1-0 down within 10 minutes and looked out of sorts until shortly after the half hour mark, when Alexis provided the ball into Mauricio Pinilla who prodded the ball home.

The same man doubled the lead shortly after half-time before Arturo Vidal secured the three points in the 72nd minute. The moment of the game, however, came in the dying embers as a fantastic Alexis run and bit of trickery to embarrass the opposition defender found himself with time and space to play in the Bayern Munich midfielder for his second of the game.
Alexis has been woefully out of form in recent months since returning from injury but with a confidence boost could prove to be pivotal in Arsenal’s title run-in.
