With Santi Cazorla a year older into his 30s and Jack Wilshere struggling for fitness over recent years, it is clear to some that central midfield is an area that Arsene Wenger will look to add to in the summer.
Reports via Sportnet say that Arsenal have been watching 21-year-old midfielder Naby Keita, who has scored 10 goals and bagged himself an impressive eight assists. The talented midfielder has been playing wonderfully for Red Bull Salzburg this season. Keita is a young, dynamic midfielder, who has a lot to learn and will take time to adapt to the Premier League but possesses all the qualities to become a top quality footballer.

The 21-year-old has already made international appearances for the Guinea national football team. If Wenger wants to sign him this summer, the Frenchman may have to dig deep into his pockets as Keita has recently signed a long term deal with no release clause. Nevertheless, the youngster could be a key addition to the Arsenal midfield.

While he would be unlikely to claim a starting spot right away, he has enough quality to see first-team action in his first season. Wenger has a knack for spotting and developing talented younger players and Keita is no exception, should Arsenal sign him this summer, he will have a bright future ahead of him.
