Arsenal midfielder Tomas Rosicky may never play for the club again, it has been revealed.
The Czech midfielder was forced to play 17 minutes of the Gunners’ 2-1 win over Burnley in the FA Cup fourth round with a thigh injury, which he picked up no more than three minutes after coming on to the pitch.
With his contract expiring in the summer and Arsene Wenger unlikely to renew his deal with the north London side, the Mirror Online have claimed that it’s likely the talented midfielder has played his final minutes for the club.

Speaking in his pre-Southampton news conference on Monday morning, Wenger revealed that Rosicky admitted to him after the Burnley game that he was made to play the remaining minutes with an injury.
He’s such a good player but his career has been disrupted by so many injuries. He’s 35, it’s difficult for him.
He warmed up well, for 20 minutes. He’s devastated. Unbelievable. He said, ‘I stayed on because you’d used your substitutes and couldn’t change anymore.’

Both Mikel Arteta and Mathieu Flamini are also likely to depart the Emirates at the end of the season, with the two experienced central midfielders’ contracts expiring as they reach the latter stages of their respective careers.
