Arsenal are lining up a move for goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga, who plays for Athletic Bilbao, currently on loan at Real Valladolid, as a potential long-term replacement for Petr Cech.
According to Spanish news outlet Don Balon, as reported by the Mirror Online, the 21-year-old is being tracked by the Gunners, with them having watched the ‘keeper on a number of occasions.
Cech has been in impressive form for Arsenal this season, making a string of saves and has been argued as one of the club’s best ever signings.

The experienced goalkeeper has a number of years left at the top level but at 33-years-old, Arsene Wenger has one eye on a replacement for future matters, with Arrizabalaga identified as the primary target.
Arsenal still have the likes of Matt Macey, David Ospina and the troublesome Wojciech Szczesny on their cards. However, it appears that the French boss is looking to strengthen the battle for the no.1 spot by introducing Arrizabalaga to the squad.
