Arsenal are believed to be leading the race for Monaco forward Kylian Mbappe, ahead of the likes of Liverpool, Chelsea, Bayern Munich and Spanish giants Real Madrid.
Mbappe has yet to score a single professional goal for Monaco, with the 17-year-old emerging onto the football scene for the first time in his entire career earlier this season.
Despite this, according to French newspaper L’Equipe, as reported by talkSPORT, the youngster, who is known for his pace and clinical nature in the final third, has a number of clubs interested in acquiring his signature.

With a number of options for Mbappe to consider, the Frenchman will undoubtedly have a tough decision on the cards.
It’s believed that Arsenal are the side leading the race for the player though, with him believed to be interested in working with the likes of Arsene Wenger, as well as Thierry Henry, who coaches the youth sides.

Mbappe’s contract with Monaco ends at the end of the current campaign, meaning if Arsenal can negotiate a contract with the player himself, they could sign him on a free transfer.
