Arsenal are eyeing up a move for Real Madrid starlet Borja Mayoral, with the Spanish striker believed to be unsettled at the La Liga giants.
The 18-year-old has impressed for Real Madrid Castilla and has previously featured for Spain’s under-21 side.
However, with the likes of Martin Odegaard much closer to the first team picture than him, Mayoral is believed to be frustrated and could seek a move away from the club.

According to Fichajes, the Gunners could offer Mayoral an escape route, while offering him wages that would see him earn more than Madrid are currently willing to offer him.
Despite this, former Castilla manager Zinedine Zidane has taken over the helm for the senior side – and having seen Mayoral play on a number of occasions, could offer the youngster the kind of deal that he wants.
Mayoral has made just one senior appearance for Real Madrid and it’s believed Arsene Wenger is one of many managers looking at the ambitious 18-year-old.

Real Madrid’s ban on signing players could make them reluctant to sell however, with them unable to sign for the next two transfer windows.
