Arsenal are reportedly interested in 23-year-old Tigres winger Jurgen Damm, according to Medio Tiempo. The Mexican speedster plays for Tigres UANL, in Liga MX, but has reportedly been courted by a few European sides including PSG and Sporting Lisbon.
Any deal would seemingly be worth around £10.1 million for Damm, who is known as a tricky dribbler. A statistic that may catch the eyes of some is that he has been recorded as the second fastest dribbler in the world. He was noted as dribbling at 35.23km/h, only bettered by ex-Spurs man Gareth Bale.
Damm holds both a Mexican and a German passport due to his grandfather’s German heritage. However, he chose his native Mexico, turning out for the national outfit twice, scoring once.
The Tigres man only signed for the club in June of this year for a deal believed to be worth around $8m and has made 10 appearances so far this season, finding the net just once. He has won the Liga MX Apertura during his time at the club.
