Arsenal are chasing Deportivo La Coruna winger Lucas Perez, according to reports coming out of Spain.
The Spaniard, somewhat surprisingly, is no spring chicken at 27-years-old and has, including loan spells, played for seven different clubs.
He seems to have settled in Galicia though and has struck up a good connection with his teammates there, scoring 10 goals in 14 appearances this season.

Perez spent the 2014/15 season on loan with La Coruna from PAOK and made his move permanent in the summer.
According to El Ideal Gallego, the Gunners had scouts sent to watch the 5ft 11in former Rayo Vallecano man over the weekend as his side took on Sevilla.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is currently without Alexis Sanchez and Danny Welbeck, who would contend for the wide positions, but both are not thought to be long-term.

With the Chilean hoping to be back potentially against Manchester City and the Englishman not far behind him, that may put some doubt over the move.
As well, watching Joel Campbell’s stunning performance against Olympiacos and having Theo Walcott return from injury, a wide midfielder may not be as urgent as a central midfielder.
But who would like to second guess Wenger, and should he like what he hears from his scouts, extra firepower would certainly boost the squad fighting on three trophy fronts come the turn of the year.
