The German had a fantastic month, scoring two goals and providing five assists in five games, leading the chart for number of goals created in the Premier League this season.

Ozil has made 12 assists in total this season, twice as many as Kevin de Bruyne, Gerard Deulofeu, Riyad Mahrez and David Silva, all of whom have created six goals in the Premier League this campaign.
The former Real Madrid midfielder also won the Vitality Player of the Month for his club, a vote by the Arsenal supporters.
Jamie Vardy and Chris Smalling completed the top three for the PFA Fans’ Player of the Month, both respectively finishing behind Ozil after a stern month for both.
With the Christmas fixture list fast approaching and Arsenal’s injury list increasing by the week, Ozil’s importance will certainly be highlighted in the coming weeks.
