Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has spoken about how happy he is to have returned from injury, having featured in his first league game since October against Norwich on Sunday afternoon.
Speaking to the press post-match, the Welshman admitted how happy he to have returned at to start getting game time again.
It was good to be back out here and to get some minutes under my belt, hopefully I can get a few more games under my belt to get my fitness levels back up.
The 24-year-old said he was disappointed to concede Norwich’s equaliser but praised the Canaries’ performance.
It was obviously a bit disappointing to go a goal up and to concede that goal was a bit disappointing from our view, but to be fair they did well and they deserved to get a point out of the game. We just will have to up our game in our next match. They didn’t make it easy for us. They played a few long balls at times and it was difficult to get he ball down and get our pressing on but they did really well and probably a draw was a fair result.

Ramsey also reiterated the importance of Arsenal winning games if they want to continue their push for the title.
Every game is important at the moment, it is so tight so we don’t want to drop any points. We don’t want to have to play catch up but we will see at the end of the season and we will want to bounce back and get back to winning ways on Saturday.
The 24-year-old has made 239 appearances for the Gunners since signing for them from Cardiff in 2008. He has got himself on the scoresheet 38 times and has set up 35 goals for his teammates. This season, the Wales international has played 10 games, and scored his only goal against Watford, the last league game he played before the Carrow Road clash.
