Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin has claimed that he his teammates provide enough level of depth in the squad to not have to be too concerned regarding injuries.
Both Laurent Koscielny and Alexis Sanchez were withdrawn during Arsenal’s 1-1 draw with Norwich City and Carrow Road on Sunday afternoon and although the Frenchman should be back in time for the game against Sunderland at the Emirates Stadium, his Chilean teammate looks set for an extended period on the sidelines, having pulled his hamstring.
Bellerin, however, told Arsenal Player that he believes in the depth the squad possess, having been in the first team picture for little over a year.

I have said it before, there is great depth in the team.
There are a lot of young players in the team waiting to come through, and we have a lot of quality training with us every day.
They are ready to step up so obviously every single player on the bench can do the same job as every single player in the starting XI. We don’t need to worry about [the injuries to Alexis and Koscielny]. The only thing we need to do is go out onto the pitch with the right mentality, it does not matter who we play.
Injuries defensively last season meant that the Spaniard was able to showcase his talents at the deep end against Borussia Dortmund but suffered a torrid evening at the hands of the German opponents, although Arsene Wenger clearly believed in his abilities and the then 19-year-old Bellerin was able to keep the more experienced Mathieu Debuchy out of the side.

The conditions weren’t the best but Norwich are a well-organised team who were very solid at the back and dangerous on the counter. We should have played our game better than we did.
We made some mistakes that cost us the game and we need to look at ourselves and realise that this is not the way. We need to push ourselves a bit more and play better football if we want to be at the top. What happened on the pitch was not a great experience but we need to try and bounce back so we are ready for the next game.
The La Masia graduate then went on to discuss the manner in which the draw was played out, with Bellerin claiming the conditions did not help.
