Bayern Munich’s prolific Polish striker Robert Lewandowski has issued a warning to Arsenal before their Wednesday UEFA Champions League clash, after his recent drop in form following Bayern’s recent clash with the Gunners.
Going into the reverse tie, Lewandowski was in one of the most prolific periods of his career, scoring 22 goals in 16 games in the new campaign, which included five goals against Wolfsburg within nine minutes. Since then, the 27-year-old striker has endured a mini-goal drought of sorts, only netting one in four games since the match at the Emirates.

Lewandowski stated his desire to end this slight off-period ahead of the rematch at the Allianz Arena.
I’ve gone two games without a goal now.
Obviously I want to score again. I will give everything for that.
After suffering their first drop of points in the group stages this season in the 2-0 loss at the Emirates, Lewandowski reasserted his team’s hunger to retake control of Group F.

We desperately need points. We have to show who is the better team.
We have to stay concentrated and focused, then we have a very good chance to beat Arsenal.
We have to get the points. We’re playing at home and will give our all.
