After a second fiddle Arsenal side were humiliated by Sheffield Wednesday in midweek, it was no surprise Arsene Wenger went back to fielding his strongest XI in a tough away encounter against Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium. The home side were out the blocks the quickest and would have been left frustrated to not score in the first half after a series of chances were wasted by the usually prolific striker Bafetimbi Gomis. Arsenal responded to their poor performance in the first half by taking the lead in the second after a well-slotted header by Olivier Giroud. A goal from Laurent Koscielny soon followed. Joel Campbell then secured all three points by grabbing his first ever Arsenal goal.
The away side head back to north London with a clean sheet and three points. How did the players rate?
