Arsenal have been fined £60,000 by the FA, after breaching football agent regulations in the transfer of Calum Chambers.
The deal, which saw the England international join the Gunners from Southampton in the summer of 2014 for around £16 million, was subject to scrutiny from the FA due to a lack of transparency over the full nature of the deal.
Agent Alan Middleton has been fined £30,000 and faces a three-month suspension, providing he doesn’t commit another offence for at least 18 months.

Chambers was a regular feature in the Arsenal side last season, making 36 appearances in all competitions.
However, this season he has found games hard to come by with just two appearances in the league, having failed to displace Hector Bellerin at right-back and is unable to displace the likes of Laurent Koscielny, Gabriel or Per Mertesacker at the heart of the defence.
The 20-year-old’s lack of game time has seen his international career stall, with Chambers yet to make an appearance for England in 2015.

Both the club and the players agent have been warned by the FA about their future conduct.
