After an amazing performance Tuesday night which saw Arsenal beat Bayern Munich, all the bookies were on the Gunners to ease past Everton this Saturday. However, it wasn’t easy for the home side who narrowly came out 2-1 victors. Olivier Giroud opened the scoring for after a well-slotted header. Another headed goal from Laurent Koscielny soon followed. Everton replied after a deflected shot from Ross Barkley which managed to creep in. No goals followed in the second half, meaning Arsenal’s impressive form continued.
