Arsenal looked to carry on their fine goalscoring form after scoring eight in two league matches. However, it wouldn’t be easy as they faced up against a stubborn Watford side, who are renowned for being solid home. The Gunners put in a good performance against Watford and came out of Vicarage Road as 3-0 victors. In-form Alexis Sanchez opened the scoring for the north London side in the second half and goals from Olivier Giroud and Aaron Ramsey followed. A promising return from the international break for the Gunners.
