According to reports from talkSPORT, Arsenal are interested in bringing Turkish sensation Hakan Calhanoglu to north London.
Often compared to Mesut Ozil, Calhanoglu is a central attacking midfielder with an eye for goal, paired with fantastic vision and good on-the-ball ability.
Any bid for Calhanoglu would have to be upward of £30m due to the current inflated market, but it is unlikely that Bayer Leverkusen would allow their 21-year-old talent leave the club this season.

If Arsenal do decide to pursue a move for Calhanoglu, they will face stiff competition from the likes of Barcelona and Manchester United – with both reportedly lining moves up for the Turkish star.
With the Spanish giants allowed to operate in the transfer market in January when their ban comes to a close, the Gunners will have to act quickly in order to bring the youngster with so much potential to the Emirates Stadium.

It is, however, unlikely that Arsenal will be interested in a move for Calhanoglu, given that the club have so many top, young talents already operating in his preferred position – but it is believed the club are monitoring his progress.
