On-loan Arsenal youngster Chuba Akpom has told hullcitytigers.com he wants to keep scoring goals, in the wake of netting on his England U21 debut last Monday night, in a 3-0 victory over Kazakhstan.
The victory at the Ricoh Arena helped the Young Lions to take a vital step towards qualification for the U21 European Championships taking place in 2017.
He hasn’t scored for the Tigers since their Capital One cup victory over Accrington Stanley in August.

Akpom says that he will work hard to get his name on the scoresheet more regularly.
Scoring goals is what I love to do and I’ve been practising every day in training to find a way to score.
I should have scored more and I’ll keep on working hard to get the goals for club and country.
The Englishman has made 12 appearances for Hull so far this season, scoring twice. Hull are the fourth club that he has been loaned out to by the Gunners, however, this is the largest team he has played for.

He will be hoping that he can kickstart his goal scoring form domestically when his Hull City team travel away to face Sheffield Wednesday.
