Arsenal representatives reportedly watched Hoops midfielder, Nir Biton, two weeks ago – as he played against Fenerbahce in the Europa League.
The Israeli midfielder, who joined Celtic back in 2013, has impressed so far this season in the Scottish Premier League.
His performances look to have caught the eye of numerous Premier League clubs, with Arsenal being one of them.

He could be the next player to leave Celtic Park for a move to England, after the recent exits of Victor Wanyama and Beram Kayal – who’ve both done well at their respective new clubs.
Arsenal, or any other prospective club for that matter, may well be forced to wait until next summer before being able to make their move, however, as Celtic are unlikely to want to allow a key player to leave.
Celtic fans would argue that Biton is regularly one of the first names on the team-sheet and for that reason alone, the fee commanded may well need to be substantial to persuade the Scottish champions to sell.
