Arsenal right-back Hector Bellerin could be set for his first call-up to the senior Spanish national side. The young Spaniard has impressed while playing for the Gunners and as such his performances have forced veteran Frenchman Mathieu Debuchy out of the starting line-up.
Now, Sport Witness report that the injury to Real Madrid man Dani Carvajal could prompt Vicente del Bosque to introduce Bellerin to the senior Spain team. The European champions take on Luxembourg and Ukraine in their qualifying matches and these would act as perfect games for Bellerin to prove that he deserves his spot in the Spain team.
Dani Carvajal sustained a slight injury while playing for Los Blancos against Atletico Madrid and was withdrawn from the Spanish national side – paving the way for the Arsenal man to be brought in to the fold.

Since becoming a regular in Arsene Wenger’s side back in the 2014/15 season, Bellerin has racked up 34 appearances and scored two goals which have helped to cement his place in the Arsenal team.
