Arsenal are chasing Besiktas winger Gokhan Tore, according to reports in Turkey.
Turkish outlet Fanatik, which was cited by Calciomercato, are reporting that Tore is valued at around £14.5m.
If Arsenal are to sign the 23-year-old, the Turkish national would be making a comeback to England, having been discovered by Chelsea’s former head talent scout, Frank Arnesen. Tore was part of Chelsea’s squad between 2009 and 2011 but failed to make any real impact.

Tore has netted three goals in his first eight appearances this season as his Besiktas side currently sit at the top of the Turkish SuperLig.
However, Arsenal are not the only team that are looking to lure the Turkish winger. Aston Villa are watching Tore closely and are targeting a transfer move for him in January.
The 23-year-old winger has previously played for Bayer Leverkusen, Chelsea, Hamburger SV and Rubin Kazan. He’s also been a regular in Turkey’s national side since 2011.
