Arsenal winger Alexis Sanchez is set to be offered a new five-year deal with the Gunners, according to the Daily Mirror.
The Chilean has only been with the north London club for little over a season, but a debut season which saw him score 25 goals in all competitions has clearly been more than enough to convince Arsene Wenger that he deserves a new contract.
The deal could push Alexis Sanchez’s wages up to £130,000-a-week, which would bring him on par with some of the highest earners at the club. His current deal runs out in 2018, but the Gunners are willing to add another two years to the deal.

Alexis played a vital part in Arsenal’s record 12th FA Cup victory, scoring in both the semi-finals and final, and despite a slow second half to the season for the player, the Gunners finished strongly in the league, securing their first top three finish since 2012.
2015/16 has seen an indifferent start to the season for the 26-year-old, though his hat-trick last weekend against Leicester City and a goal in the UEFA Champions League defeat against Olympiacos should give him the confidence to resume normal service.
