Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger will have a tricky time managing his side in the upcoming League Cup fixture against north London rivals Tottenham Hotspur following the recent injuries that have plagued his side.
Francis Coquelin was subbed off against Chelsea last weekend after landing awkwardly, and now Hamish Mackay of the Mirror reports that the Frenchman is likely to miss the midweek clash against Spurs.

Wenger spoke about Coquelin following his side’s 2-0 loss to Chelsea and admitted that although the Frenchman’s injury isn’t too severe, he will certainly miss the Gunners’ midweek game.
It is a little knee injury, I don’t know how long it will be – certainly not for midweek.
I don’t know yet how long.
The Gunners suffered another injury in the form of youngster Jeff Reine-Adelaide. Arseblog News youth expert and columnist for Read Arsenal, Jeorge Bird, says that the tricky French winger picked up an injury whilst playing for the U21 side against Newcastle and is expected to be sidelined for at least two months.
Both injuries will only act as adding insult to injury for Arsene Wenger who already has a host of his players forced out through injury. Jack Wilshere, Danny Welbeck, and Tomas Rosicky are the most notable squad members out injured and with both Gabriel Paulista and Santi Cazorla suspended following their dismissals against Chelsea, meaning that Arsenal will have very few players available for selection against Tottenham.
