Arsenal fans have got to be some of the most loyal fans in the world and these days loyalty does not come easy in life or football, Fabian Delph and the Aston Villa-Manchester City Saga was a perfect example of just that.
Here we are, at the beginning of the 2015/2016 campaign and already the frustration of Arsenal supporters is at its peak, with more and more fans wanting the manager Arsene Wenger out of the club for what seems to be his growing lack of ambition within the ranks, as fans hoped that the club would be competing to win its first league title since the famous and immortal Invincibles season.
On 2nd September, we saw the closing of the summer transfer window and Arsenal being the only top-five club in all of Europe’s top leagues who has failed to buy an outfield player. The fans left cheated once again as Wenger fails to bring in players to strengthen and fill the gaps needed in the Arsenal team – and with a poor start to the campaign, losing to West Ham United in the season’s first game and the draw to Liverpool; both of those games played at the Emirates, added to that Arsenal also have the worst conversion rate in all of the Premier League, the north London side’s only two game winning goals have been own goals. Which has exposed the need for a clinical striker.

This week, before the England qualifier against San Marino, in a news conference with the England manager Roy Hodgson, he stated: “Well, Welbeck bothers me now.
He has already been out for me since March and for Arsenal since April, so that’s over four months, isn’t it? And now I hear it’s another six months, so I can only hope that Danny recovers a bit quicker and then hits the ground running.
Welbeck’s injury was known to the club before the closing of the window and yet still they failed to act and bring in the necessary reinforcements, leaving Olivier Giroud as the club’s only available out-and-out striker and will be the sponge for the abuse that is without doubt going to be dished out throughout the season as Arsenal and Arsene Wenger fail to live up to expectations.
This season will further evidence the fact that the club are in a cycle of failure, cliché’s and poor management every summer, further reiterating the now infamous saying ‘same ole’ Arsenal’.

The Gunners are no longer a club taken seriously by rivals and fans, with the supporters constantly trolled by the media and other club supporters worldwide.
Perhaps the only thing that can change the current ways of the club are if a new manager is brought in.
