Wenger’s days are numbered – Lethal Bizzle

Grime star and Arsenal fan Maxwell Ansah or ‘Lethal Bizzle’, has warned that manager Arsene Wenger’s days are numbered after a poor transfer window. In an interview with talkSPORT, he accused Wenger or being stubborn and says that he doesn’t know what he’s playing at. The rapper said that if Arsenal want to challenge for the title the Frenchman will need to ‘pull his finger out’. He accused Wenger of being reluctant to spend.

If we want something quality, we’re going to have to pay 30, 40 or £50million to get a top player in.

I think he’s so stuck in his ways and he’s so reluctant to do that.

Until we manage to do that, we’re way off the title, Chelsea are the champions and they’ve strengthened.

The 30-year-old believes that Arsenal will be lucky to get fourth, and fears that Wenger will struggle to bring anybody in during the January transfer window, as it is the ‘most panic buying window’. He also believes that a centre-back, defensive midfielder and a striker are still required, especially after Danny Welbeck’s injury.

Lethal Bizzle has had other high-profile occurrences to do with Arsenal. He famously recorded the song ‘Leave It Yeah’, with former Gunners midfielder Emmanuel Frimpong.
