Arsenal launch third kit

Arsenal have launched their third kit for the new season, which will be called the ‘cup kit’ and will be used in all cup competitions, including the UEFA Champions League and FA Cup.

The new kit was leaked a few days ago, as has been the case with each of the three kit launches, but nevertheless the Gunners did not make such a big event out of the cup kit, which was released online with images from a photoshoot of the players.

The kit sports a black design, with diagonal stripes across the front in three different colours; white, blue and gold. Meanwhile, the Puma logo is designed in gold, with black socks which feature a gold ring with another logo of the kit manufacturer, Puma.

The kit is available to buy now and will be used in all cup competitions during the 2015/16 season. Hector Bellerin commented on the new cup kit: “I really like the new shirt, especially the colour as I feel it gives us an even more powerful look.

“We are excited to wear the shirt in cup competitions this season, especially the Champions League.”
